A Bureau comprising three members, Chairman (Gérard Brémond), Vice-Chairman-Secretary (Jacqueline Délia-Brémond) and Treasurer (Gérard Worms), has been constituted from within the board.

To validate its decisions, notably in the selection of the projects, the Foundation leans on a College of experts .
