Organisations must first of all submit a 3-page proposal for their project, using the form that can be downloaded from the section headed Propose a project.
Rejected applications will still receive a reply, if they correspond to criteria of prequalification and if they are not into what Foundation doest not fund ..
For programs of the "Programmes Fund", there are two pre-selection periods a year : mid-March for the June session of the commission and mid-September for the commission sitting in November.
If the proposal gets through the pre-selection stage, the organisations must fill out a form and the project is presented to the College of Experts , who exchange throughout a dedicated forum.
The forum may be held twice a year.

This forum takes place twice a year. The Projects Committee meets and formulates recommendations, on the basis of the findings made by the experts in the course of the forum. The Board of Directors makes the final decision. |

After an agreement is signed between the Foundation and the organisation in question, the latter must submit two narrative and financial reports per annum to the Foundation, as well as a final report.
Follow-up action is organised, either by the Foundation team, or by experts appointed by the Foundation.
