The Envie Federation wishes to acquire the tools and processes that will enable it to extend and diversify what it has to offer in terms of social integration, and its financial project. The intention is to develop these programmes, training and integrations paths, taking account of the way industry is evolving and therefore switch from training on the repair and re-cycling of domestic appliances to training on disassembly and the de-pollution of equipment, the deconstruction of plant and materials.
This change will make it possible to create a large number of jobs for people who are socially excluded.
