Community Environment Action for Sustainable Development/ Devalt
The purpose of the CLEAN programme is to develop cleaner towns, and so it proposes to mobilise communities through information and awareness raising campaigns, to improve access to water and develop sanitation. The project is aimed at both increasing the quantity (particularly by collecting rainwater) and improving the quality (particularly by implementing filtering techniques) of the resource, and to implement eco-friendly sanitation, particularly through the installation of a bio sanitizer.
